Applicability

These terms apply to all orders placed through our webshop. 

Offer & Agreement

An agreement is established once you place an order and receive a confirmation email. We do our best to provide accurate information and prices, but errors may occur. 

Prices & Payment

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop. 

Delivery

We ship from Amsterdam. Delivery times are indicative and may vary per product and destination. The risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered. 

Returns

Returns must be sent back undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Warranty

Statutory warranty applies. This means that a product must meet what you as a consumer may reasonably expect.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
