Our furniture is crafted with care and shipped from our studio in Amsterdam. Since each piece is unique, and dimensions and weight may vary, shipping costs are calculated individually.
Within the Netherlands and the EU, delivery is arranged in consultation.
For international orders, we will look for the best and safest shipping option together.
During checkout or shortly after your order, you will receive a confirmation with the shipping costs and delivery details.
We work with reliable partners and ensure that your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Refund Policy
We hope you will enjoy your purchase for many years. If, however, a piece does not fully meet your expectations, we are here to help.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to decide whether to return your order.
Please return the item undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging.
The cost and arrangement of return shipping are at your own expense.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days.
Please note: custom-made and specially ordered items cannot be returned.
